RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at Slangmagic.

Apparel and accessories are not eligible for return. All items may be exchanged for size or color.  In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to exchange the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please email Customer Service at (slangmagicpr@gmail.com) to request an exchange. Then you will need to ship your exchange along with the return authorization. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will ship the new item.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the exchange after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
